Shipping & Returns policy:

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for all UK orders start at £3.70 but will be provided to you once we return your completed order sheet
  • We utilise Royal Mail Tracked 48 service as our primary delivery method, but we retain the right to use alternative delivery services when necessary. This may include circumstances such as opening hours, bank holidays, or strikes.
  • Rest assured, we always use a tracked delivery service to ensure the safety of your order.

Order Dispatch:

  • Orders will be processed and dispatched within 20 to 30 business days from the date of your approval of the provided prices on the order sheet.

  • In case there is a longer processing time for your order, we will notify you via the email address provided on your order sheet.

Returns Policy:

General Returns:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email or telephone within 7 days of receiving your order (delivery date as per the tracked delivery service).

Return Costs:

  • As a small business, we do not cover postage or packaging costs for returns.
  • Please retain a proof of postage receipt, and ensure that items are adequately packaged to prevent damage during return transit. We cannot be held responsible for items that don't reach us or are insufficiently packaged.

Refunds:

  • We are happy to refund or exchange products as long as they are in an unworn and fully re-sellable condition.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item appears to be used.
  • For UK customers, we may deduct postage costs incurred in sending the item to you, and for non-UK customers, any additional postage costs incurred in sending the item to you.

Faulty Items:

  • If an item appears to be faulty, please contact us within 21 days of receiving it (date shown as the delivery date via tracked service).

Customised Items:

  • Please contact us via email or telephone within 7 days of receiving your order (delivery date as per the tracked delivery service) to discuss the possibility of returning customised items.
