Shipping policy

UK ORDERS

  • Shipping costs for all UK orders are £3.70 (FREE WITH ORDERS OVER £50)
  • We utilise Royal Mail Tracked 48 service as our primary delivery method, but we retain the right to use alternative delivery services when necessary. This may include circumstances such as opening hours, bank holidays, or strikes.
  • Rest assured, we always use a tracked delivery service to ensure the safety of your order.
  • Please note TRACKED 48 refers to the estimated delivery time from the point at which your order is dispatched, not when it is placed. 
  • Orders will be dispatched within 5 to 10 business days.
  • In case there is a longer processing time for your order, we will notify you via the email address provided during the order placement.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Occasionally, these emails may land in your spam/promotion inbox. 

UK ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Parcels claimed as "not received", but with tracking showing as "delivered", will not be refunded or replaced if the Royal Mail GPS scan confirms delivery to the correct location. 
  • Please ensure your address is correct. If we must reship your parcel due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply. We are not responsible for missing parcels due to address errors. 
  • Packages that are not collected will be reshipped once a reshipping fee is paid or refunded (minus the original postage fee). 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations; however, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to certain countries due to legal restrictions, trade sanctions, logistical limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. This may include, but is not limited to, embargoed regions, high-risk destinations, or countries where postal services are unavailable. If we are unable to fulfil your order for these reasons, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. For the most up-to-date list of restricted destinations, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked – £7.90 
  • For international orders, parcels will not be considered missing until 60 days from the posting date have passed. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or any additional charges (e.g. customs duties or import fees). 
  • Customs charges and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. 
  • Once dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed to you (check your spam/promotion inbox). 
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or delivery lockers.
  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–10 working days
  • If delayed, check tracking the parcel could be at your local depot.
  • Local depots typically have a holing period before returning items to us. Please keep an eye on your tracking and collect as soon as possible.

SHIPPING TO EU COUNTRIES

Our parcels are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning: 

  • VAT and customs duties (if applicable) will be charged in the recipient’s country, along with a handling fee, before delivery. 
  • The amount depends on your country and parcel value. For details, contact your local tax office, as we cannot advise on charges. 
  • If parcels are returned to us due to unpaid duties, refunds will only be issued once the parcel arrives back. The refund will exclude original postage fees.
  • Once dispatched, parcels should arrive in 5–7 working days.
  • If delayed, check your tracking – parcels are often held at local depots awaiting collection. 
  • You can rearrange delivery or collect from your depot. 

GENERAL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTES

  • All parcels are sent via tracked services. Once handed to local postal services, tracking may only update after a delivery attempt. 
  • Some couriers may not leave a card – please check your tracking number. 

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

  • Use your tracking number to locate your parcel. 
  • Uncollected items returned to us will only be refunded or replaced once received. A shipping fee of £7.90 will apply (an invoice will be emailed).
  • International parcels marked as delivered will not be replaced or refunded until a Royal Mail claim is resolved.
